From Software has now released update patch 1.04 for Dark Souls 3 on all platforms. It should be available to download right now by the time you read this.
Boot RPCS3 Select Manage Game Patches to access the Patch Manager. Click the Download latest patches button and the emulator will automatically fetch the latest version of available patches. Navigate to the patch you wish to enable and tick the checkbox corresponding to the patch.
The update patch notes for Dark Souls 3 were revealed via the game’s official Tumblr page. It’s worth mentioning that the version number is 1.03 for the PC. Other than that, all of the changes listed are the same for all platforms.
The update patch notes are: “Performance adjustment for “Greatsword”, Battle performance adjustment for “Dancer’s Enchanted Sword”, “Winged Knight Twinaxes”, Performance adjustment for “Soul’s Greatsword”, and “Farron Flashsword”, Fix for issue where multiple items become impossible to use at “Road of Sacrifices”, “Farron Keep”, “Cathedral of the Deep” after clearing the game and General balance adjustments and bug fixes”
If you are playing Dark Souls 3 on Xbox One, From Software is aware of the Regulations issues. From Software promises that it is working on it as we speak and will announce a further announcement at a later time.
