These drivers are ONLY for XP and Polar IR interface for USB with product code D1. Use the drivers in case you get a blue screen when unplugging the device.
1. Make sure that your Polar software is updated.
- Polar Precision Performance software can be updated from here.
- ProTrainer 5 can be updated by going to Help → Check for Updates.
2. Save the driver update package from here and extract the zip file to a temporary folder on your computer.
3. Unplug the Polar IR Interface USB from the USB port.
4. Go to the folder you extracted the driver package and remove the previous drivers by running the usb_remove_v1004.exe.
5. Run the www_usbsetup.exe.
Rebooting is not required.
6. Plug in the Polar IR interface USB. The driver installation will start.
